Indonesia · Parking guidance
Pondok Indah’s parking-guidance record spans the mall and later Mall 3 / Office Tower orders in Jakarta. The recorded orders cover 6,400 parking spaces cumulatively: 2,500 in 2015, a further 1,950 in 2021 and another 1,950 in 2022. The project photographs show the bay-level indicators and signs that make guidance visible inside the car park.

Helping drivers choose a row before they enter it
The photographs show long parking aisles, coloured columns and overhead red or green indicators. Bay-level occupancy information addresses a practical mall-parking problem: drivers need to identify an available row before committing to it. Directional signs then carry that decision through the next junction. The visible installation links individual bays to a route through the car park.

Project scale and order history
| Order year | Recorded area | Spaces in that year’s orders | Cumulative spaces |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2015 | Mall | 2,500 | 2,500 |
| 2021 | Mall 3 / Office Tower | 1,950 | 4,450 |
| 2022 | Mall 3 / Office Tower | 1,950 | 6,400 |
The successive orders show the customer continuing to choose AKE as the parking scope grew. The 2021 supply schedule includes 1,950 ultrasonic detectors and 1,950 indicators; a later 2023 supply added four data concentrators. The historical 2015 and 2022 bay records do not include a complete equipment schedule, so their devices are not estimated from the space count.
Products supplied
| Shipment dates | Order stage | Equipment recorded |

Where the project can go next
The following are proposed upgrades, separate from the recorded installation.
For the next refurbishment, first reconcile the mall and office zones, controller coverage and display counts. Keep serviceable detectors and indicators, check response at full occupancy, and test the route a first-time visitor takes between the car and each pedestrian lobby.
Indoor and underground parking
Pair pay stations and car-finder kiosks at the main mall and office lobbies. Add video guidance where a plate-to-space record is required; ultrasonic occupancy alone cannot locate a vehicle by plate. Keep mall visitors and office users distinct in the access rules.
Gated outdoor parking
At barrier-controlled entrances, plan STAR PMS with card terminals and barrier gates. Cards can serve as vehicle credentials, and the terminal’s selected call/intercom option can connect a driver to the parking operator during a fault.
Open outdoor parking
If an outdoor overflow area is added, survey it separately for video bollards, geomagnetic occupancy sensors or curbside devices. Verify the local plate format, camera view and wireless variant before linking its events to the parking system.
The photographs belong to the Pondok Indah complex archive; they are not dated photographs of every order or proof of the Mall 3 / Office Tower phase. Cumulative figures retain the separate recorded areas.
