Indonesia · Parking guidance
AKE’s District 8 Jakarta records show successive parking-guidance orders covering 2,916 spaces cumulatively from 2018 to 2022. The project album provides exterior photographs of the development; the equipment description comes from the corresponding supply record.

Maintaining one guidance approach as a project grows
Successive orders create a practical integration requirement: each additional zone should fit the existing bay identifiers, controller network and driver-facing signs. The documented ultrasonic detectors and indicators support bay occupancy guidance. For an expanding development, consistent zone names and an agreed controller map help keep each addition understandable to drivers and operators.
Project scale and order history
| Order year | Recorded area | Spaces in that year’s orders | Cumulative spaces |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2018 | Parking guidance | 1,000 | 1,000 |
| 2019 | Parking guidance | 500 | 1,500 |
| 2021 | Parking guidance | 350 + 8 + 350 | 2,208 |
| 2022 | Parking guidance | 708 | 2,916 |
The first recorded order covers 1,000 spaces in 2018, followed by 500 in 2019. Three 2021 records add 350, eight and 350 spaces; the 2022 record adds 708. These repeat orders show continued customer adoption of AKE. The available June 2021 shipment contains 350 detectors, 350 indicators, three controllers and four LED modules; it is one shipment, not the equipment total for all five years.
Products supplied
| Shipment dates | Order stage | Equipment recorded |

Where the project can go next
The following are proposed upgrades, separate from the recorded installation.
Before a further order, reconcile the earlier installation zones with the latest floor plans. Audit controller capacity and communication paths, then commission each new zone against both its local signs and the shared guidance view. Keep a clear device and spare-parts list by order stage.
Indoor and underground parking
For indoor parking serving different destinations, place pay stations and car-finder kiosks at the appropriate pedestrian lobbies. Add video guidance only where plate-based finding is required and a verified plate-to-space association can be maintained.
Gated outdoor parking
Use STAR PMS, card terminals and barriers at suitable controlled entrances. Define the access rules for each user group, how a card authorises gate release, and how drivers call the operator when assistance is needed.
Open outdoor parking
If future phases include open outdoor parking, evaluate video bollards, geomagnetic sensors and curbside devices against the actual layout. Keep outdoor occupancy and payment events consistent with the main parking system.
The photographs are exterior project views. They are not evidence of installed equipment. The 2,916 figure is cumulative order coverage, not a claim about the development’s current unique parking capacity.
