Darvishi Hotel locates at the edge of Imam Reza Street, as the most principle streets leading to the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (peace be upon Him). This hotel is far from the Holy Shrine only about one kilometer so that this distance can be walked within two minutes. The building of Darvishi Hotel is built from the beginning with a hotel plan. Having twenty stories, this hotel is the highest residential complex and the only atrium hotel in eastern Iran. This hotel has the highest quality structural standards so that it obtained "Distinguished Building" title in the Superior Building Festival, for three parts: structure, architecture, and urban planning.
